  • Brae Weil- Sisk, CMT SME

    Brae facilitates a transformative process integrating various somatic modalities to support healing and embrace change. Specializing in empathetic attunement, they help explore and create new patterns of presence, enhancing self-awareness and self-care. Offering an alternative to talk therapy, Brae collaborates with clients to engage the body's wisdom, resolving patterns that hinder progress. They empower clients to navigate life with confidence, ease, and adaptability, drawing on Dynamic Embodiment® Coaching, Somatic Movement Therapy, Classical Chinese Medicine, and relational neurobiology. Through counsel, ritual, somatic techniques, integrative bodywork, and movement-based arts, Brae guides clients in reclaiming their authentic selves

  • Emma Schutz Fort

    Emma (she/her) is a personal growth and embodiment coach with a Masters in Psychology, infusing mental health strategies with embodiment practices. she believes in the power of art, play, human connection and nervous system support to enhance growth and vitality. Emma helps folks access their internal knowing, strengthen trust in themselves, create healthy boundaries and collect the tools they need to navigate their particular life paths. As part of the queer community and as someone who has worked extensively with folks who are queer, trans and non-binary, she is dedicated to creating healing spaces for these communities. Emma brings herself, as a work in progress and life-long learner, to the one-on-one work and groups she offers.

  • Carly Frevola, CMP

    Carly (she/her) is a graduate of Chico Therapy Wellness Center and has been practicing massage locally since 2013. With a background in yoga and mindfulness practices, she integrates multiple modalities creating a kinetic, intuitive massage experience. From injury to relaxation, her focus is to connect clients with their own health and wellbeing, relieving the body of stress and pain.   • Maya Rand, CMP

    Maya (they/them) is a Certified Massage Practitioner, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Registered Yoga Teacher(RYT200), and has over 13 years of experience in massage, bodywork, and alternative healing. Along with their passion for personal healing, they believe strongly in community healing and that centering the most marginalized people is paramount to all of our healing. Maya worked in LGBTQ+ non profit social justice organizations for 7 years and brings an intersectional lens to their practice.     Cornelia “Connie” (she/her) is a board certified and licensed Occupational Therapist, with many years of training and practice in Cranio-Sacral Therapy (Upledger) and Myofascial Release (John Barnes).   • Serra Wells

    Serra (she/her) dances between several titles and identities, some of which include: mother, partner, gardener, sister, friend, daughter, massage practitioner, doula, community organizer, anti-racist, feminist, homeschool "teacher", curious and humbly evolving human and lover of singing and dancing! She has always loved to sing, though not as a musician or performer.  She recently discovered the power of community singing as a way to connect us to each other and ourselves, to our joy and our grief and is delighted to share this experience with the Chico community! With over 13 years of experience in traditional medical settings and nearly a decade in holistic health, he blends evidence-based wellness strategies with holistic consultations and wellness programs designed to support whole-body healing. Passionate about accessible and inclusive holistic care, Apollo welcomes all individuals, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, into a safe, affirming space for healing. He empowers clients to tap into their innate healing abilities through sound, vibration, and personalized wellness strategies.
